2 lbs. Short Rib (Cut Kalbi Style)
One bottle of Korean BBQ Sauce-Aisle #10
2 tablespoons sesame oil-Aisle #10
½ large onion sliced
¾ cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 Clove Garlic, sliced
Put sugar, sesame oil, onion, garlic. bbq sauce, and Short Ribs into a large bowl. Marinate overnight for better taste. Heat oil in frying pan, use Korean table top grill, or use BBQ grill and pan fry short ribs in medium heat for about 5-7 minutes each side.
